Everything in one pass
Reordering and rotation are applied together when you save, so a page keeps its rotation wherever you move it to. There is no need to run two separate tools in sequence, download an intermediate file and upload it again.
The new document is assembled by copying the original page objects in your chosen order, so text stays selectable, images keep their resolution and the file size barely changes. Nothing is rendered or flattened.
Your original file is untouched throughout. If the order comes out wrong, start over and try again — there is nothing to undo on disk.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my PDF uploaded to reorder it?
- No. The document is opened and edited by code running in your browser, and the new PDF is generated on your device. There is no upload endpoint in this application — you can watch the network tab while you work.
- Can I rotate and reorder at the same time?
- Yes. Both are applied in a single pass when you save, and rotation follows the page to its new position.
- Is the page content re-encoded?
- No. Pages are copied whole, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.
- How do I remove a page here?
- Use the Delete pages tool, which is built for exactly that.
