How to edit a pdf

What this editor does

Add text with a choice of font, size, weight and colour.
Place PNG, JPG or WebP images and resize them with the aspect ratio locked.
Draw freehand with an adjustable pen width and colour.
Create a signature by drawing, typing or uploading one.
Undo and redo with Ctrl/Cmd + Z, delete with the Delete key, deselect with Escape.

What it does not do — and why we say so

This editor adds content on top of your PDF. It does not rewrite the existing text inside the document. Editing original PDF text reliably means reconstructing fonts, kerning and layout, and tools that promise it often quietly break the page.

For the overwhelmingly common jobs — filling something in, initialling a page, adding a date, covering a mistake, dropping in a logo, signing — overlays are exactly the right approach and the result stays a real, selectable, printable PDF.
