Terms

Short, and readable on purpose.

The tools are provided as-is

NOBSPDF is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to produce correct output, but we cannot guarantee that every document or image will convert perfectly on every device and browser.

Check your output

You are responsible for reviewing the file you download before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Open the exported PDF or image and confirm it says and shows what you expect.

Digital signatures

The advanced signing feature creates a cryptographic signature over the document using a certificate and private key that you supply. A valid cryptographic signature shows that the signed bytes have not changed since signing. It is not the same thing as a verified identity.

We make no promise that a self-signed certificate establishes your identity to anyone. Recipients' PDF readers decide whether to trust a certificate, and a self-signed one will typically appear as untrusted.

The legal weight of an electronic or digital signature differs by jurisdiction and by context. Nothing here is legal advice, and we make no representation that a signature produced with this tool satisfies any particular legal requirement.

Certificates and private keys

Your certificate file and its password are used in your browser and are never sent to us. Protecting that file and password is your responsibility. If someone else obtains them, they can sign documents as you.

Acceptable use

Do not use these tools to forge documents, misrepresent authorship, or process files you have no right to process.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of these tools, including lost or corrupted files. Keep a copy of your original.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes.
